Mobility Group sustainability

Eaton’s Mobility Group provides automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturers worldwide with products and systems that are designed to lessen the impact of vehicle emissions on the environment and improve fuel economy.

In support of Eaton’s 2030 sustainability targets and commitment to building a sustainable future, we are working to reduce carbon emissions from our operations by half, lower product and supply chain emissions, and certify all manufacturing sites as zero-waste-to-landfill to reduce our environmental footprint. To meet these environmental objectives, we are adopting innovative technologies, including solar panels, motorized windows for natural ventilation, reflective roofs for low solar gain, and a daylight-harvesting system that uses natural light to minimize energy consumption.

We believe that we owe it to future generations to leave the world a little “greener.” And the power to make that happen is in our hands. That means all of us, working together. This is what matters for our employees and customers. And for future generations.
