Electronics Remanufacturing

We began remanufacturing commercial vehicle electronics for certain Eaton electronics used in our commercial vehicle product portfolio in 2020, at our Indianapolis, Indiana facility. All remanufactured electronics sold by Eaton follow our strict remanufacturing processes including the design of customer end-of-line testing to ensure the products meet like-new performance.

We currently offer 3 remanufactured electronics components used on the Ultra-Shift Plus transmissions as shown below.

Remanufactured Electronic Clutch Actuators (ECA): we currently offer 3 ECAs which account for 90%+ of the install base running in North America.
Remanufactured X-Y shifters: we currently offer 2 X-Y shifters which account for 90%+ of the install base running in North America.
Remanufactured transmission electronic control units (ECUs): we currently offer 28 transmission ECUs which account for 90%+ of the install base running in North America.

With the rapidly changing availability of electronics components, our offering of remanufactured electronics allows you the ability to extend the availability of the parts you need beyond normal production availability. All remanufactured electronics parts come with a one-year warranty.
